Sqd. Ldr. Ajay Ahuja who was killed by Pakistani troops after his Mig21 aircraft was shot on the first day of IAF strike on infiltrators' positions close to the Line of Control is one of the great men who put their country above everything else. karg1m.jpg (30800 bytes)

There is a "war-like" situation at the India-Pakistan border and lives are being lost everyday. Hundreds of brave soldiers are laying down their lives so that we can have a smooth life. At the dizzy heights of the himalayas where water is a luxury and food has to be brought by 'copter everyday - these brave knights are waging a grim battle - not only against the enemy but also against the elements. What have we done to ensure that their sacrifices are not gone in vain? Are we cowherds who ignore the importance of this time . we ahve to stand up to be counted as Mother Indias children and should not have to hang our heads in shame.

Kshitij India and all our Editors bow down in respect for these great soldiers. The least we can do is present the actual scenario to you so that at least YOU can make a difference. Donate genorously to the "Soldiers  Relief Fund" ; get your company to sponsor the martyers family monetorily and then you can live the rest of your life with your shoulders high.
